Newquay Tretherras Sixth Forn students took part at the Cornwall 6th Form Mixed Netball tournament at Treviglas Colledge on 7th december. The students played brilliantly against the 11 teams taking part and ended up in 3rd place.
Sixth form fixtures have taken place for both our netball and football teams and Wednesday afternoon sport remains a popular option for many students. The footballers are now involved in the league programme which runs until Easter, whilst the girls have a number of fixtures against other sixth forms and colleges to look forward to.
NT students celebrated another excellent set of A Level and Vocational exam results today. With an overall pass rate of 99.3% and almost 50% of students gaining A*-B grades at A Level new records have once again been set.
